Each processor is designed around a sealed polyethylene cone bottom tank on a heavy steel frame.

We use a pump along with a static mixer to provide the mixing action neceessary for a complete reaction.

Heating is done by circulating hot water through a coil of tubing in the processor. Water heating unit and circulator pump is included standard with all units

The Catalyst is mixed up in a separate sealed polyethylene tank (included). The Catalyst is automatically injected into the circulation stream by opening a small valve while the circulation pump is running.

Mist Washing heads are included (built-in) on every processor.

A set of valves allow the same circulation pump to push the finished product through a filtering system into your finished storage containers or fuel tank.

The glycerol is drained off via the main drain valve on the bottom of the processor.

The processor is easily cleaned out through a manway built into the top of the processor.
