Each processor is designed around a sealed High Desnity Polyethylene cone bottom tank on a heavy steel frame.

We use a pump along with our signature static mixing system to provide the mixing action neceessary for a complete reaction.

Heating and timing is controlled by our custom designed digital controller.

The Catalyst is mixed up in a separate sealed polyethylene tank (included). The Catalyst is introduced to the circulation stream by measn of a small pump while circulation pump is running.

Mist Washing heads are included (built-in) on every processor.

A set of valves allow the same circulation pump to push the finished product through a filtering system into your finished storage containers or fuel tank.

The glycerol is drained off via the main drain valve on the bottom of the processor.

The processor is easily cleaned out through a manway built into the top of the processor.
